General Manager Summary of Position:
The Resource Coordinator is responsible for managing, allocating, and scheduling resources to ensure that projects or client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
These resources may include personnel, equipment, facilities, or any other assets that are necessary for the completion of projects or the delivery of services.
The Resource Coordinator should be highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines under pressure, and possess a strong work ethic.
Job Responsibilities/
Essential Functions:
Determine necessary resources needed for projects or services to plan and schedule ensuring the availability of the best resources for optimal use.
Assign resources to projects based on factors such as budget, time constraints, scope/skills needed, and resource availability.
Communicate with teams and departments to ensure resources are used efficiently and projects are aligned with organizational goals.
Track the usage of resources and provide reports on resource utilization, issues or bottlenecks, and project progress.
Address conflicts or lack of resources and find effective solutions to ensure projects remain on track.
Maintain resource matrix tracking assets and personnel skills and availability.
Attend weekly calls to review resources, performance, and needs or requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
