We are looking for someone to provide assistance to the Controller and Human Resource Manager as needed in payroll and human resource functions.
Maintains Associates confidence, protects Associates by keeping human resource and payroll information confidential.
Tasks and Responsibilities include:
Process payroll including monitoring time clock punches, keying approved compensation changes, and tax deductions Process new hires, to include on boarding paperwork and terminations Participate and or witness disciplinary discussions Update Associate records and files Support health and wellness throughout the company Maintaining Associate payroll files by entering & updating employment status and personnel information Become proficient in using current Payroll System Providing payroll information to employees.
Reporting biweekly payroll to payroll company Receptionist duties performed in a professional manner Maintaining and ordering office supplies Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
