Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, checking voice messages and forwarding it -Welcoming and assisting visitors - Maintain office supplies - Perform filling and clerical duties - Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues -Book travel arrangements - Assist with event planning and logistics - Utilize computerized systems and software to manage and organize information
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred Join our team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding work environment.
