Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment - Set up machines and tools for production runs - Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or equipment - Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Requirements:
- Working in a production setting - Troubleshooting and repairing simple machine issues - Able to follow instruction and work at a quick pace - Able to lift 50 lbs and stand on your feet for 8hrs - Must maintain cleanliness in the department and hand off clean equipment to the following shift - Able to pay attention to details This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and productivity.
