Front Office Administrator

This is a demanding but rewarding job bringing low-cost feline and canine veterinary services to our clients, including high quality spays and neuters, testing, vaccines and micro-chipping.
The clinic typically runs four days per week (no weekends), and averages 30 clients per day.
Additional staff includes surgical support staff.
The Administrator will primarily be checking in and checking out clients, answering phones, and engaging with clients about their services.
Additional job duties will include:
Entering client charges into our inhouse CTS Handle patient intake and release, including delivering post-operative instructions in a competent and friendly manner Communicate effectively with all members of the surgical team, business manager and owner as needed.
Maintain inventory logs and assist in preparing monthly supply order Communicate regularly with clients to provide additional support including obtaining high risk waivers, communicating no-surgery decisions and deliver special patient care instructions as needed Ideal candidates will have at least 1 to 2 years of administrative experience and be comfortable working in a busy front office environment.
Good customer service skills and attention to detail is essential.
Previous veterinary office experience preferred but not required.
This position offers a competitive salary of $17.
00 to $20.
00 (depending on experience) and a four-day work week (plus an occasional Saturday).
