The role of the 1-800-Packouts Franchise Business Coach is to support and mentor Franchisees at various stages of their growth/development.
Most of the role will be focused on adhering to best practices and growing the 1-800-Packouts Franchisee base.
This position requires traveling approximately 30% of job time.
Requirements:
The Business Coach will assist the Franchisees with, but is not limited to:
Providing Franchisees with advice on new plans and strategies Keeping Franchisees accountable and motivated Communicating with Franchisees to better understand their vision and goals Assisting Franchisees with their company growth, goals and development plan Assessing a Franchisees strengths and weaknesses and guide development Helping Franchisees grow their business from inception Assisting Franchisees in using their personal skill for the betterment of their business Guiding Franchisees in the completion of strategic business growth tasks Monitoring business growth and establish methods for improvement Analyzing strategic plans that have contributed to the company's success and/or failures The Business Coach will assist the Corporate office with, but is not limited to:
Scheduling Site Visits with Franchisees Work closely with the Corporate office with all departments to identify and update issues or concerns by location Meet with Corporate to review the Watchlist on a regular basis and update statuses Meet with Corporate on a regular basis to identify Franchisees in need of assistance - develop action plans and review progress of current mentoring Participate in FAC meetings to discuss ongoing work and feedback from Franchisees and Team Leaders The Business Coach will not be responsible for acting on compliance related matters but is expected to coach Franchisees on best practices and to make the Corporate office aware of any compliance related matters Review the current onboarding process and make recommendations Work closely with the Marketing team
Experience:
Required 3
years of customer/client relationship management Preferred experience in franchising Preferred experience in a business-to-business environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Complete understanding of Microsoft Office suite Deep problem-solving skills Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
